Youth Program Facilitators play a crucial role in delivering engaging, age-appropriate sexual and reproductive health education to adolescents and young people. If you are passionate about youth development and comfortable discussing health topics openly, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Anti-AIDS Youth Club sessions in schools
Lead interactive SRHR education activities
Coordinate Youth Open Day events and drama performances
Mentor youth peer educators
Develop creative, engaging educational content
Support football coaching sessions with health messages

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with youth (teaching, coaching, youth work)
Comfortable discussing sexual health topics professionally
Creative and energetic facilitation style
Understanding of adolescent development
Fluency in Chichewa and English

Requirements

Experience with youth education or facilitation, Comfort with SRHR topics, Fluency in Chichewa and English
