Free HIV Services for All
Umunthu Foundation operates three clinics providing comprehensive HIV services including voluntary counseling and testing (VCT), ART initiation and management, CD4 count monitoring, PMTCT, and early infant diagnosis. All services are provided free of charge to eliminate financial barriers to care.
Our Services Include:
- Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT)
- Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) initiation and management
- CD4 count monitoring with on-site equipment
- Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT)
- Early Infant Diagnosis (EID)
- Nutritional support and adherence counseling
- Referrals to specialized care

Bangwe Health Centre - HIV testing services
Limbe Health Centre - HIV testing and ART services
Eligibility Criteria
Services are open to all community members regardless of HIV status. Free and confidential testing available.
How to Apply / Get Involved
Walk-in services available during clinic hours at any of our three locations. No appointment necessary for testing.
